Our cakes, cookies and other
confections are custom designed
with your needs in mind. We will
not duplicate other designers’
creations, but will use any
design you bring us as an
inspiration to create a unique
product for you. |

We collaborate with our
clients on every detail from selection
of flavors to overall design, to assure our products
complement the event, the
venue, and design
preferences (colors, patterns,
flowers, and other
embellishments). |

All our products are made from our own
recipes, from scratch, using only the
finest, freshest ingredients. |

All design and decorative elements
on our cakes, cookies and confections are made from sugar, flour
and other real food ingredients, and are
completely edible. |

Stephanie Grillo
Chef Stephanie is a pastry chef
with a degree from the Institute
of Culinary Education in New
York City. She completed her
pastry training under
world-renowned chefs at Le
Bernardin, a three-Michelin-star
restaurant in NYC. Prior to her
decision to pursue a
confectionary arts career,
Stephanie was a Senior VP with
an international bank.
Stephanie is an excellent baker,
with a specialty in
confectionary sculpture of
figures, flowers and other
aspects of delicate decorating.
She is also in high demand for
the decorating and baking
classes she teaches to adults
and children.

Pam Holland
Chef
Pam decided that life was too short not to
follow her dreams. She quit her job as a
legal assistant and enrolled in the career
Pastry Arts program at the Institute of
Culinary Education in New York City,
completing the Pastry Arts program at ICE in
2006. Pam interned with and has taken specialized
classes from some of the best cake
designers in the country, and continues to take
classes to keep up with the latest trends in
the industry.
